These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Genesis 1 platform and website at genesis1.io, operated by Genesis 1 Systems ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding agreement to use our Services. By using Genesis 1, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized access.
Genesis 1 offers subscription-based Services. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) at the rate for your selected plan.
All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated herein. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no prorated refunds are issued for unused time. Setup fees are non-refundable. To request a cancellation, access your Stripe billing portal or contact [email protected].

By providing your contact information and opting in, you consent to receive SMS and email messages from Genesis 1 Systems, including transactional, onboarding, and marketing messages. Messaging frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.
All content, software, logos, designs, and materials within the Genesis 1 platform are owned by Genesis 1 Systems or its licensors. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes only. You retain ownership of content you create using the platform.
Our platform integrates with third-party services (Google, Facebook, Stripe, etc.). Your use of those integrations is also subject to those providers' own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or content of third-party services.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GENESIS 1 SYSTEMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Genesis 1 Systems, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bexar County, Texas.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
